Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at hello@torchedstew.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food items, spices)
• Downloadable products
• Items marked as final sale

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at hello@torchedstew.com to arrange an exchange.
