Thank you for shopping with MAStewDesigns LLC. We take pride in our handcrafted and personalized products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spellings) before submitting your order, as we begin production promptly after purchase.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging

To initiate a return, contact us at mastewdesigns2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mastewdesigns2@gmail.com or 678-787-7189. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible, particularly for custom or personalized orders.
