1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

3. Free Shipping

We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping thresholds or discount codes will be displayed at checkout or communicated via email.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties and import taxes — assessed by the destination country and the responsibility of the customer
  • Longer delivery times — typically 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and available shipping options at the time of fulfillment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

MAStewDesigns LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mastewdesigns2@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MAStewDesigns LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at mastewdesigns2@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
